All of our products come readily assembled and they are plug and play units. Suncube Saunas require a qualified electrician to connect them to your power supply. The only thing that needs to be done once placed in the desired location is unboxing the heater and filling it with stones.

Gymcube / Icecube / Hotcube are ready to use right after unloading.

Suncube sauna requires a qualified electrician to plug in the heater and plug the sauna to the power supply. 

If the ground is not soft, all you need are a couple concrete blocks. For especially soft ground a concrete foundation may be required. Please ask our customer support for details. 

We have shipped our products to multiple countries, including ones with harsh weather conditions. As hot as Abu-Dhabi and as cold as Iceland. They are built to last! 

All our products are built of Thermory® thermally modified wood that is specially treated to withstand extreme climate conditions. We recommend to re-paint the product every 12 months in order to keep it looking good as new! 

In order to keep your sauna looking fresh, remember to wipe any water off the floor and benches after the sauna use to avoid stains. Please remember to keep the sauna clean in between sessions. 

When your Icecube is equipped with our state of the art heatpump you can set the temperature as low as 4 degrees Celsius. We recommend to start your cold plunge with a higher temperature (10-12 degrees Celsius) and to remain within your comfort zone at all times. 

All Suncube products come with a 24 months warranty. Please consult warranty cards for details.

Our standard production time for all products is 3-6 weeks. There are periods that you can get the product faster (0-2 weeks), on the other hand sometimes we have a backlog of orders and the production time can extend to 8 weeks. If you have a special request. Feel free to ask.
